At desirablemarketp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your textile craft workshop experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and returns related to our workshops and services.

Workshop Cancellations by Participants

If you need to cancel your workshop registration, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled workshop date: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before the scheduled workshop date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date: No refund
  • You may transfer your registration to another person at any time before the workshop with advance notice

Workshop Cancellations by Desirablemarketp

In the event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor unavailability, or insufficient enrollment, you will receive:

  • A full refund of your registration fee
  • The option to transfer your registration to another available workshop
  • Notification as soon as possible, typically at least 48 hours before the scheduled date

Rescheduling Requests

If you need to reschedule your workshop attendance:

  • Requests made 14 or more days in advance: Free rescheduling to another available workshop date
  • Requests made 7-13 days in advance: Rescheduling available for a $25 administrative fee
  • Requests made less than 7 days in advance: Rescheduling subject to availability and a $50 administrative fee

Rescheduling is limited to one time per registration. Additional rescheduling requests will be treated as new registrations.

Workshop Materials and Supplies

All materials and supplies provided during workshops are included in the registration fee and are non-refundable. However:

  • You may take home all materials and projects created during the workshop
  • If materials are defective or unusable, we will provide replacements during the workshop
  • We do not accept returns of unused materials after the workshop has concluded

Gift Certificates and Vouchers

Gift certificates and workshop vouchers:

  • Are non-refundable once purchased
  • May be transferred to another person
  • Are valid for one year from the date of purchase
  • May be extended for an additional fee if requested before expiration

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and may offer:

  • Partial refunds on a case-by-case basis
  • Workshop credit for future use
  • Flexible rescheduling options

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a workshop without prior cancellation or notification:

  • No refund will be issued
  • Rescheduling is not available for no-shows
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you realize you cannot attend

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for registration
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

If you have concerns about a workshop experience or wish to dispute a refund decision:

  • We will review your situation and work to find a fair resolution
  • We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days
